Breezes only spawn from trial spawners in trial chambers. Each breeze drops breeze rods, which you need for wind charges and the mace. Works in Java and Bedrock (1.21 and newer).
Quick steps
Step 1: Find a trial spawner with a breeze inside in a trial chamber.
Step 2: Build a small glass room around it so breezes cannot fly away.
Step 3: Put hoppers under the floor and a chest below them to catch drops.
Step 4: Kill the breezes with a sword, wait for the cooldown and repeat.
Tip: Breezes deflect arrows and tridents. Use melee weapons only.
